Four features, all admin-facing inside Webex Control Hub. I started as the sole designer on one, grew into leading UX across several, and carried the phasing, competitive, and feasibility calls on the AI-native one.

AI Receptionist
A conversational virtual front desk inside Control Hub. I defined what AI reception means for the admin: how they set it up, govern it, monitor it, and override it.
