13 years of enterprise UX. Now an AI-native builder who ships.

The last five years, 2021 to 2026, were multi-feature product accountability across Cisco Webex Calling, all admin-facing in Webex Control Hub. I started as the sole designer on one product, grew into leading UX across several, and carried the phasing, competitive, and feasibility calls on the AI-native one. That run ended in July 2026 in a restructuring of about 4,000 roles, and I’m available immediately.

Dedicated Instance2021–2026 · sole UX & IC

Only designer on Webex Calling’s single-tenant cloud for four and a half years, through its rebrand and the move of on-prem calling administration into Control Hub.

Auto Attendant2024 · UX lead

Redesigned the 24/7 call-routing configuration around a visual menu builder; the approach carried into later Control Hub configuration work, including Customer Assist’s Advanced IVR.

Customer Assist2025 · UX lead, prioritization owner

Hands-on UX for Call Queue enhancements and Advanced IVR (text-to-speech for announcements, speech-to-text for auto-attendants); teammates shipped additional scope under that priority frame.

AI Receptionist2025–2026 · UX lead

Defined the admin experience end-to-end. The PM owned the roadmap; I owned the phasing, the competitive calls against RingCentral and Zoom, and per-phase feasibility with engineering, through beta and GA.

I ship things solo, end to end. Kai is an AI agent system I built and operate daily on a Mac Mini on my desk. Session Run is a Chrome extension live on the Chrome Web Store. dsgn.skin is a tiered design system, built on shadcn/ui, that I use to build my own sites. (Deezos, a 3D-printed product brand, is launching through 2026.)

Background outside software: a BFA in Modern Art from Mysore, two animation diplomas, work in ZBrush / Maya / Fusion 360, a Bambu Lab A1 3D printer running multi-color jobs, and FPV drones. Range from a different vector.
